Dough and Pastry Work Tray
The Dough and Pastry Work Tray’s extra large work surface with raised edges allows the cook to work with dough and pastries while keeping the mess to a minimum. The tray will contain the flour used to knead and shape the dough, saving on cleanup.
This rectangular tray is made of heavy-duty plastic and measures 25 inches by 17.5 inches. The sides are slightly raised, about three-quarters of an inch on all 4 sides. The surface is slightly textured.
Baking often requires flour to be sprinkled on a flat surface for kneading, rolling, or otherwise shaping dough and pastries. This tool allows the blind cook to sprinkle flour with confidence knowing that it will be contained within the confines of the work tray.
