The Dough and Pastry Work Tray’s extra large work surface with raised edges allows the cook to work with dough and pastries while keeping the mess to a minimum. The tray will contain the flour used to knead and shape the dough, saving on cleanup.
This rectangular tray is made of heavy-duty plastic and measures 25 inches by 17.5 inches. The sides are slightly raised, about three-quarters of an inch on all 4 sides. The surface is slightly textured.
Why blind-friendly?
Baking often requires flour to be sprinkled on a flat surface for kneading, rolling, or otherwise shaping dough and pastries. This tool allows the blind cook to sprinkle flour with confidence knowing that it will be contained within the confines of the work tray.

Use and care:
Place the Dough and Pastry Work Tray on a flat surface where you want to work the dough. It is large enough to use a rolling pin, biscuit cutters, cookie cutters, and other tools commonly used when baking. It is very sturdy and can be easily cleaned with soap and water. Store it as you would any other plastic kitchen tool.
